T255温度传感器使用说明
T255温度传感器是一款用来检测功率半导体温升的理想模拟器件,主要配合运放整形或直接送入单片机A/D口采集温度信息,并作出实时显示或过温保护等动作。
T255是以其阻值变化来反映温度变化的,故选用相应电阻分压来获取对应电压值是非常重要的参数。
l 典型:R(25℃)=5.000kΩ
l 静动态特性好,灵敏度高。
